At Cosmic Crafto, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted products. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective product.
• You receive an incorrect item.
• The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@cosmiccrafto.com (replace with actual email) along with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Items without original packaging.
• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
• Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
